Here I am responsible for 9,000 exquisite bottles that lie dormant in our wine cellar. In our selection we focus on our home country Austria with open eyes for newcomers and trends.
A modern glass cube in the foyer houses exquisite wines, all of which have made it through the rigorous scrutiny of host and sommelière Andrea Schneeberger. The Vinothek is stocked with 9000 bottles and 200 different types of wine, most of which reflect Austrian wine culture.
We serve a variety of cocktails and fine spirits in a stylish setting. We take a lot of time for conversations with our guests.
In the cozy fireplace lounge you can spend pleasant hours in between during the day. And many an evening comes to a perfect end in front of the window of the fireplace – with a stimulating conversation and a drink that our chef de bar knows how to mix with virtuosity.
